Is Our Government Planning For Mega Disaster

I feel so ashamed of these kind of news. Delhi Metro........... what are they trying to build a structure which will end up in a mega disaster in future. after a structure collapsed during construction now there are 18 pillars with huge cracks. India will become a future power or a Hub for mega disasters it totally depends upon the heights of corrupted government and I think sky is the limit for corruption in our cuntry now.
